Philanthropy Australia’s quarterly journal Australian Philanthropy is a key information and communication tool, uniquely placed to highlight developments, news and trends in the Australian philanthropic sector.
Each issue highlights a specific theme of interest, and also contains case studies and profiles. Centring on philanthropy, the content ranges across the theoretical and practical aspects of giving, with articles exploring collaborations, innovations, best practice and accumulated wisdom for practitioners and policy makers alike.
Written for Philanthropy Australia Members and those working within the sector, the journal is about sharing the knowledge and experience of practitioners, reporting on models developed and lessons learnt, and exploring innovations, developments and trends in philanthropy. The emphasis, especially in feature articles, is on communicating the thinking behind decisions, and the transferable outcomes, rather than just the output of grantmaking.
Australian Philanthropy is distributed to a wide readership of our Members and paying subscribers: trusts and foundations, individual trustees of each of our member organisations, giving corporations, individual philanthropists, government and media representatives.
